Fundamentally, Governance is all about bringing in a balance between performance and conformance.

Being a terminology most misunderstood and misinterpreted, we try to give it the right perspective and enable practitioners to understand it better and implement. We believe, if any process/framework has to be implemented effectively to improve efficiencies, it has to be first understood well. We preach and teach with this in mind.

The enterprise governance cascades to other levels in the enterprise. Since IT plays a major role in any enterprise, the governance of enterprise IT becomes most important for any enterprise today.

A variety of frameworks and standards can be used to ensure governance.
